New-ish player connection issue

Hi, I've been on the server for only a few days. Today when I tried to login I was unable, attached is the error message.

I was able to connect yesterday and I haven't changed any settings since. I'm using the right update (1.13.2) and I have no plugins besides optifine installed.

Can anyone work with me to figure out the issue?

Hello Sire,
Thanks for posting something on the forms so we can help you out. Make sure your optifine is 1.13.2.
If that doesn't fix it here are a few of my suggestions:

-Sign out of the Minecraft launcher, and sign back in.
-Disconnect and reconnect from your wireless network.
-If you haven't restarted your computer for awhile, I'd suggest doing that.

If none of this works, please post another message and I'll try to delve into the issue further, and offer any assistance I can.

Fired up mc today and the server is loading up a treat, don't know what the issue was, but thanks anyway.
