Locking a chest: Chests should lock automatically, which will allow only you to access them. To remove this protection to allow other people to access the chest, type /cremove, an then tap the chest you would like to unlock. Alternatively, you can put a password lock on a chest, which will allow you and your friends who you trust with the password to access it. To do this, type /cpassword [password you'd like to use], and tap the chest you'd like to password protect.

Locking a door: Locking a door is a very similar process to locking a chest. However, doors do not lock automatically. In order to lock a door so that only you can use it, type /cprivate, and then tap the door. If you'd like to put a password lock on your door, type /cpassword [password], and tap the door.

Summary:
/cremove - remove all locks from a chest/door/etc
/cpublic - make a chest/door/etc usable by everyone. This stops others from locking your stuff.
/cprivate - locks a chest/door/etc so only you can open it
/cprivate player1name player2name player3name - locks a chest/door/etc so only you and the players listed can open it
/cmodify player1name player2name player3name - adds access to the named players onto an already-locked chest/door/etc
