Whenever you make a ban report, I strongly advise you follow this guide.
S- Stop.
Before you make a ban report, make sure you are in the right forum/sub-forum!
T- Think.
Look at your proof. Is the name of the user in question clear in it? Do you have /realname if it's in the chat? /plot info if Creative?
O- Observe.
Look around you. Has the user in question been reported for the same thing before? If they have, do not post again. The staff will see the original report soon enough, making another just adds to their workload.
P- Post.
After you've done all of the above (and following the forum/in-game rules, too), you are ready to post.
